ShopRite of Brooklawn Donates Technology Center to Local South Jersey High School

The ShopRite of Brooklawn, owned and operated by the Brown family, will offer new learning opportunities for the students at the Audobon High School, located in South Jersey. A formal ribbon cutting will unveil a new technology center at the school to enhance their current curriculum. The new center includes a total of 25 technology work stations, two wireless printers and everything needed to inspire creative learning. The school educates approximately 500 6th through 12th grade students and has been ranked in the top 10 high schools located in Camden County, New Jersey. A media event will take place on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Audubon High School in Audubon, NJ

ShopRite Makes Annual Donation of Holiday Turkeys

Fighting hunger in the community is at the very heart of ShopRite’s charitable giving. In the past ten years, ShopRite Partners In Caring, a year round hunger-fighting initiative, has donated more than 700,000 pounds of frozen turkeys to food banks in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland.  This year’s record donation of 40 tons of turkeys has already been loaded on ShopRite trucks and is on its way to local food banks.
